Welcome to Pineview, a neighbourhood just outside of the St. Laurent area.

Pineview is a medium size neighbourhood past Vanier, towards Orleans. It is close to highway entrances and the St. Laurent Bus Terminal.

  • Pineview is a small suburb community with close access to plenty of city amenities by car. It is not a considerably walkable area.

It has access to a variety of big box department stores like Marks Warehouse, The Brick, Petsmart, Costco, and Home Depot.

  • Pineview has a population of around 6000 people.

  • There are only two schools within the borders of Pineview, and both are French! The two schools in Pineview are École élémentaire catholique des Pins and St. John Paul II School.

Students who wish to attend an English school will most likely need to take a bus in order to reach them.

  • Pineview is near two Pet Valus, and has a variety of parks nearby to walk your dogs!

  • Pineview is a fairly kid-friendly neighbourhood, but it doesn’t have a lot of walkable schools, especially for anglophone students!

Kids can enjoy the Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park just outside of the area, as well as lots of local parks and outdoor activities.

  • Pineview has access to a lot of shopping options! Within the neighbourhood is Innes Crossing, Innes Road Plaza, and Innes Centre.

Just down the road is the St Laurent Shopping Centre, and in the main part of the city is the Rideau Centre! A short trip down the highway will take you to Bayshore Shopping Centre.

  • Pineview has the Lunar Supermarket and a Loblaws on Ogilvie Road. A short drive into the Industrial Park area includes an Independent Grocer.
