Welcome to Bells Corners, a family-oriented suburb of Ottawa.

Bells Corners is a small, secluded area off of the highway. Close to Bayshore for shopping and plenty of outdoor space, this is a great family-friendly area to start a family or be closer to the outdoors without missing out on being in close proximity to the downtown core.

  • Bells Corners, formerly Nepean, is a part of Ottawa’s greenbelt.

It has a rich history. It was named “the Corners” until its first post office opened in 1851 and it was officially renamed to Bell’s Corners.

It was apart of Nepean Township. Most of the town was destroyed in a fire in 1870. It was officially it’s own entity in 1950 when Ottawa annexed the main urban areas of Nepean.
