We know that choosing a real estate agent is a big deal. It’s more than just working with someone with experience, it’s also choosing a person that you can trust to put you first in every decision. Selling or buying a home is most likely the largest, most important financial move you will make in your lifetime! We understand how important it is to work with the right person.
Meet each member of our agent team and learn a little bit about them.
MEET MITCH
“I started in Real Estate about 5 years ago. I came to New Purveyors to focus on my career in condos and chose to stay because of how well it went. I love having admin support, the vibe of the downtown office, and being in the middle of the action. The best parts of Real Estate are going in and out of different buildings and getting to see their inner workings. I also love working with clients, and my personal favourite part is negotiating. I love helping my buyers save money, and my sellers make more.
I’ve helped over 90 families and made 40 transactions in my first 10 months at New Purveyors.
My favourite Ottawa neighbourhood has to be Little Italy. I moved there because of the restaurants and how close it is to Dows Lake. I have the pleasure of living in one of my favourite condo buildings there!
If I were to build my dream home, it would be a massive penthouse condo overlooking the city. It has to have high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. I personally love concrete accents.
In my spare time, I like to cook, jet ski, play video games, and “take trips to the gulag” (that’s a COD reference).
MEET LUKE
“I have been working in the real estate world for many years, and not all of them as an agent.
I started my journey as a financial advisor in home financing, and this is what inspired me to make the full switch and become an agent. I love being able to help clients through the process and improve their lives, both financially and on a more personal level by finding them a home that will make their lives happier and easier.
I chose to come to New Purveyors because of the forward-thinking, progressive atmosphere and the family feel of the office - the chemistry between coworkers is amazing and so supportive!
My favourite neighbourhood in Ottawa is Barrhaven. I live there and have 2 houses there, and personally think it is an amazingly safe neighbourhood with plenty of schools - it’s definitely family-oriented! There are always people out walking their dogs. It is like a smaller city feel within the city.
In my spare time, I like to watch sports, play golf, play fantasy football, spend time with friends and family, and travel.
My dream home would be a modern and clean space with big rooms and a big yard. I really love the look of winding staircases, also. For the exterior, I love the combination of grey brick with spotlights.”
MEET OWEN
“I’ve been working in real estate for 4 years. I love the competitiveness of this field of work. Competing for offers, beating the competition, and getting the best deal possible for my clients is super exciting for me.
Outside of work, I’m an avid camper and a water polo coach - my team actually just went to nationals!
My favourite neighbourhood in Ottawa has to be New Edinburgh. There are so many older homes, amazing green spaces, and the community is incredibly welcoming. I don’t live there right now, but I definitely will one day!
I chose New Purveyors because it was such an exciting opportunity - a young team of go-getters in an open-concept office, and lots of teamwork.
My dream home would have a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops… honestly, if I can live out of the kitchen, I will. And ideally, a pool big enough to play water polo in.”
MEET STEPHANY
“I have been working in real estate since 2014. I remember my first listing was an interesting, and very smelly, horse farm. I was so grateful for the experience! I baked bread for my first open house.
outside of work, I like to sew and work on fashion passion projects, or dress up for a night on the town. I love demolishing old properties - I own a sledge hammer, crow bar, and steel toed boots!
My favourite neighbourhoods at the moment are central but older communities. I love the 1940 style homes that you can update yourself. I love the downtown lifestyle at the same time.
I chose New Purveyors because of the warm welcome I received when I came into the office. The energy is so positive, and I had a feeling this was where I was meant to be. I was impressed on the interview process, and the level of importance placed on the people who were already apart of the team. I’ve never seen a team this forward thinking, and this inclusivity is definitely what makes a successful team.
My favourite part of working in real estate is being trusted to help people make their investments. The moment of excitement they experience during a purchase/sale is priceless!
My dream home would be a penthouse condo or a custom built family home on an estate lot. Pool and hot tub are a must.”
MEET VINEET
“I’ve been working in real estate for nearly 3 years.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing baseball and football, or going on long hikes with my wife and daughter.
My favourite area of the city is Little Italy. Ever since I moved to Ottawa, I’ve been drawn to the area as it isn’t as busy as downtown but features so much of the same vibe and excitement.
I chose New Purveyors to be a part of a team environment. I wanted to be surrounded by individuals that care about their clients and making a difference. Real estate is such an important job, and I wanted to work with people who feel the same.
I like working in real estate because I get to be a part of a huge milestone for people. Ever since I purchased my first house, I’ve been drawn to the process. You get to meet such a wide variety of people. and there’s never a dull day.
My dream home features a large kitchen, ample counter space, a home gym, and a large yard for family gatherings.”
MEET MEAGAN
“I’ve been working in real estate since 2019.
In my spare time, I love to hangout with my horse Skye, my friends and family, and heading to my cottage for some time outdoors.
My favourite area of Ottawa is the Prescott/Russell area. I’ve always loved country homes and having views of fields - the small town feel is very important to me.
I chose to work with New Purveyors because of the friendly and motivating atmosphere. Everyone here is a team player, and we all feed off of each other which helps keep everyone motivated and problems get solved fast.
I got into real estate because I love the look my buyers get when they find out that they’ve purchased their home. I love learning about different people and helping find them the perfect home.
My personal dream home would have a huge yard. It would be a farmhouse with a great kitchen.”
MEET CHARLENE
“Outside of work, I love to spend time with my friends and cats. I’m also an avid reader.
My favourite neighbourhood in Ottawa is the Chinatown/Little Italy area. It’s vibrant, centrally located, and features amazing food options. It’s also steps from my favourite concert venue - the Bronson Centre.
I chose New Purveyors because I was looking for a team that remembers the importance of having fun. I love that we put so much emphasis on everyone’s opinion, collaboration, and celebrating eachother’s wins.
I love working in real estate because it feels amazing to take stress off of my clients and provide them with an enjoyable experience.
In my dream house, I would have a rooftop terrace, a soaker tub, butcher block countertops, and open kitchen shelving.”
MEET CHANELLE
“Outside of work, I'm a CT Technologist, often on call at TOH and the Heart Institute. It keeps me busy, but when I'm not in the medical field, I cherish spending time with my family and friends. We love game nights and tackling escape rooms together.
As for my favorite Ottawa neighborhood, it's tough to choose just one! But if I had to pick, I'd say The Glebe holds a special place for me. The community vibes there are fantastic, and the mix of amenities, proximity to the canal, and friendly neighbors make it standout.
In real estate, I was drawn to New Purveyors because I really appreciate the importance of the healthy work/ life balance without compromising one or the other. The culture on this team is built on respect, transparency, and a shared passion for helping our clients achieve their real estate dreams. It's the kind of place where Realtors thrive, and the overall atmosphere aligns perfectly with what I value.
What I love most about working in real estate is the opportunity to guide people through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Helping them find their dream homes and witnessing the joy it brings is incredibly rewarding.
My dream home would be a bungalow with some must-have features like a spacious open concept, sunlit kitchen where I can experiment with cooking/baking with my son and partner and maybe even a dedicated area for game nights and entertaining friends. A blend of comfort, functionality, and a touch of personal charm such as modern accent walls would make it perfect for me. Can't forget a large backyard for our 3 dogs.”
MEET REED
“I have been working in real estate since 2012.
Outside of work, I live an active and healthy lifestyle. I love going to the gym and working out, am an Ironman finisher and compete/participate in triathlons. I love the outdoors, especially paddle boarding, tennis, golf, snowboarding, hockey, and snowshoeing.
I also have a huge passion for travelling, experiencing new cultures, and trying all kinds of new foods. I also love cooking - especially asian cuisine.
My favourite neighbourhood in Ottawa is absolutely Hintonburg. The vibrant urban lifestyle caters to someone who is active and loves spending time outside while still wanting to feel the city and its amenities. Being close to the Ottawa River and Gatineau offers so many opportunities to be active outdoors, but Hintonburg also connects to other amazing neighbourhoods like Wellington Village, Westboro, and Little Italy.
I chose New Purveyors to be part of a boutique-style team that delivers unique services to buyers and sellers, adapting to their needs. Community involvement and involvement in the industry makes this business better for agents and consumers.
What I love most about working in real estate is meeting new people, trading experiences, and helping them achieve something they dream of.
In my dream home, there will be large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a well designed kitchen. A sauna and cold plunge in the backyard would make it perfect!”
