Welcome to Centrepointe, a neighbourhood built out of Nepean.

This residential neighbourhood is bordered by Baseline Road and Woodroffe Avenue.

  • Centrepointe was originally land owned by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. It was sold off when CMHC faced budget cuts, and was purchased by Minto Group who built a large variety of homes on the land.

  • Centrepointe has a population of around 7500 people, and a large Jewish population, with nearly 13% of the neighbourhood (as surveyed in 2011) being Jewish!

The community often gathers at Meridian Theatres, which is one of the more popular and well known spaces in the neighbourhood.

There is a community house in Britannia Woods, and a community centre in Carleton Heights, Trend-Arlington, and Fisher Heights.

  • Centrepointe has its own animal hospital located at 261 Centrepointe Dr.

There is also Centrepointe Park located right in the middle of the neighbourhood, great for walking dogs!
