Courtland Park is a small community built after World War II.

  • Courtland Park was developed after World War II into the 1960s. Since then, many original homes have been taken down and rebuilt.

  • Courtland Park has a small population of around 3000 people.

    Courtland Park is too small to have its own community association, but Carleton Heights has one run by volunteers to build up their community and have monthly meetings.

  • Courtland Park has primarily single-family homes that were transformed after the second world war.

  • The best park in the nearby area is Hog’s Back Park with waterfalls, picnic areas, and plenty of hiking trails, as well as a huge grassy field with barbecues and picnic tables.
