On the banks of Hogs Back Falls, the Rideau River, and the Experimental Farm, Carleton Heights has plenty of outdoor space for residents to enjoy.

  • Carleton Heights was built after World War 2, around 1950. They were originally built for Veterans due to the Veterans’ Land Act. Houses then were typically small with large lots, but plenty have been subdivided in the following years.

    The neighbourhood continued to expand in the following years.
