February was a great month at New Purveyors. We are currently exceeding our goals for the quarter and entertaining an amazing new puppy in the office! (Stay tuned for pictures at the bottom).

Karlie celebrated her 8th year in real estate this month. She joined us just in her fourth year in the industry, and we are so grateful to have her as our “Admin Wizard” - in fact, we absolutely could not live without her!

Client Story: Pre-Approval
Recently, we had a client come to us with a previous pre-approval from their bank. However, once the deal was firm, it became clear that their lender was not going to work out - because of the bank! Luckily, we were able to work with one of our in-house preferred lenders, and together, we were able to get the job done on extremely short notice!

Neighbourhood Monthly Statistics
February was another hot month in Ottawa!
The Ottawa Real Estate Board recorded 1421 residential properties sold this month, compared to 1385 last February - a 3% increase!
326 of these sales were condominiums, which is a 10% decrease from this month last year.
Most neighbourhoods saw more listings than the previous year and higher percentages of their list to sold price.

Dog of the Month
This month’s dog is Mitch’s new puppy, Zuri!
Zuri is an American Bulldog and spends most days in the office with us right now, which we love!
