Barrhaven

Barrhaven is a family neighbourhood outside of the city. Sometimes known as “Farrhaven” it is not ideally located if you commute to the city or visit there often. That being said, it is well known for being its own ‘city within a city’ - you have everything you need right here! It is a family friendly and family oriented place with lots of detached homes, kids, pets, and things to do.

Barrhaven has a population of around 104,000 people. Being so newly built, many of the homes in Barrhaven look similar, causing a ‘uniform’ feel to each neighbourhood.

Barrhaven is actually split into even smaller neighborhoods. These includes; Strandherd Meadows, Longfields, Davidson heights, Havenlea, Chapman Mills, Rideau Glen, Winding Way, Stonebridge, Half Moon Bay, Quinn’s Pointe, Barrhaven Mews, Barrhaven On The Green, Havenlea, Hearts Desire, West Point Village, Pheasant Run, Fraserville, Knollsbrook, Havencourt, and Havencrest.
