Inside Out 2SLGBTQ+ Film Festival is taking place at the Ottawa Art Gallery November 10-13th! This festival is highlighting the best of queer cinema from Canada and all around the world - changing attitudes and changing lives with the promotion, production, and exhibition of films made by and about the 2SLGBTQ+ experience.

November 11

November 11th is Remembrance Day and ceremonies will be taking place across the capital to pay respect to Canadian Veterans. Join the Royal Canadian Legion at the National War Memorial, or drop a poppy at the Peace Tower on Parliament Hill. The ceremony at the National War Memorial will take place at 10:45 am with the Prime Minister and Governor General. 

November 11-12

Crave Food and Wine festival is taking place at the Shaw Centre on November 11th & 12th. The goal of this festival is to bring together culinary artists and enthusiasts for a week of masterclasses and activities at local restaurants, coming together for the weekend to put on 2 days of celebration for food & wine.

November 12 

The Canadian Bachata Festival is hosting a fundraiser: Hollywood Glamour, at the Geneva Hall on November 12th! Stop by dressed up in your fanciest attire for a night of workshops, performances, prizes, and a photo booth! Classes will be held by Bloom Dance Company and Talek Cameron, as well as social dancing from 9 pm until 12 am!

November 12-13

Itty Bitty Craft and Art Show & Sale will be taking place at the Carleton Place Arena on November 12th & 13th from 10 am to 4:30 pm each day. Stop by to see work made by 44 artists and artisans. Everything at the show & sale will be priced at $200 or less, and 90% of items are under $20! There is free admission and free parking.
