Mud Hero Ottawa is one of Canada’s largest obstacle courses! With 12k, 6k, and kids options available - it is an amazing experience for participants to test their skills through muddy obstacles. Participants get a medal, and once they finish, there is a beer garden and showers to keep the fun going!

The Rideau Lakes Cycle Tour, held by the Ottawa Bicycle Club, will be passing between Ottawa and Kingston this weekend! Four routes range from 100-200km through the gorgeous Ottawa countryside.
